- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

- Cooli Designs is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
